Banging underneath over bumps...
Ive noticed a slight banging underneath the car when I go over a small lump or hole in the road.. Everyone who has been in the car thinks Im imagining it but Im not my dad's car doesnt do the same!
Ive had the exhaust checked and its not bouncing about.. could it be the gearbox mounts come loose?
where do you suggest I start looking and how do I find out where its comming from!?

Im pretty sure its not that... although I did have both my rear shocks replaced under warranty.
It sounds more like its coming from the tranny tunnel or around that area, does anyone know where the mounts are for the gearbox?
