I am looking at a 2003 SL55 and have two questions:
1. Apparently the wheels do not have the tire pressure monitors, causing a constant malfunction reading. Is there any way to disable the TPM function?

2. Is there a listing somewhere of the Mercedes Dealer Codes? I am looking specifically for 59929, 75118, and 75137.

Reportedly the TPM receivers on the vehicle can be disabled through Star Diagnostics.

I have no info on what the dealer codes may represent.

Why don't you buy one from tire rack - see Luke in Tire section? I don't think it would be much more expensive than having them disabled at a dealer.

I just bought one from Luke for ~$360 incl. S/H....
