SL55/63/65/R230 AMG: Need Help?

Hi Guys, my brother is buying a 05 sl 65, it is still under warrenty. The car has 7900miles on it but the problem is i am not able to go and see the car. I am in seattle and the car is located in new england area. I go the buyers inspection done and this was the result:
Inspected car no mechinal problems found, brakes squeak but are not worn. Suspect surface corrosion due to inactivity? i do not get this. We also found the bottom of the front bumper scratched nearly all the way across. Most scratches are 5 inches long running leghtwise.
So is it ok to buy, the guy has got the scratches painted and fixed. Please let me know. Thanks

Sounds like my car (brakes squeak but are fine, scratches all along under front lip)....I'm quite impatient too (if the car's present and the numbers look good then it's usually a done deal). However, looks like the the high-end used car market is continuing to get saturated with people dumping their toys.
