SL55 all over e-bay
There are currently 6 cars for sale on e-bay, one of them looks like a car converted from Germany,sellers coming out of the wood work

Although I do not see the premium disappearing altogther, I do see it leveling off to within $20,000.
Look at any CL55, S55, etc. They still have premiums, and they have been out for some time..
There are vehicles out there for MSRP, but you will have to do some hard searching.
Some people simply want the vehicle and do not want to wait 6 months to search for one at MSRP, or over a year for one via an order.

clearly the market is saying that u can own any car u want for 35 over right now and the price should decline as time goes by
