HELP!!! How Low is your Car? How much Gap do you have?

Members,

I have recently taken my SL55 to the dealership because the car seems slanted to the passenger side. I measured the gap between the tires and at body of the car and passenger side was lower.

First, dealer told me that there is nothing wrong with the car. and I argued with the service rep and he called me later saying that the car was actually too high on both side. so he told me that he lowered the car on the both side and even the car out.

I got the car back and the front end seems very low... I can fit only one finger between the tires and the car. and about 3 1/3 fingers in the rear.

can anyone tell me how low it is supposed to be?

everything is stock on my car. Thank you

I'd say based on the two responses, your car is not sitting properly.

That is about what i get too... two in front and 3 in rear. that is with only one light on the switch. if I turn all lights off on the switch, it will drop to 1 1/2 front and 2 1/2 rear... Is that too low for the front? and I noticed that rear is always higher...

If it goes too low structurally you can expect a warning message in the display. You can have a diagnose done by someone who has Star Diagnose (your dealer?) and without those messages nothing wrong (unless you are leaking hydraulic fluid).

Why not post a picture? Most people post a lot of money to get the car as low as possible.

Is it much lower than mine?
