Upgrade SL65 radio to satellite?
Hello all,
I am the proud new owner of an SL65. I see the radio has a satellite button but apparently my car is not equipped with satellite radio. Is this a simple upgrade done by the dealer? What exactly is involved. Thank you for your help!

2004 SL-55
siris satelight radio for 2004 SL-55
Just got back from MB dealer. He gave me parts list for this up grade- B67830013 reciver- B67830068 Kit- B67830058-splitter-B67830084 antenna- unpainted. ALso found out you have to have then antenna painted. MB does not supply them any other way. 844.00 inpats, plus a ?? on the install. Then we pay 12.95/month for the service. I just put in a sirus radio in my other car for 78.00- Talk about MB RIP OFF! Any ideas on places to get the parts cheaper, or other otions.?
