Caught site of these on an SL55 driving through Central London today.

Any idea what a Dealer would charge for them - or if anyone knows whether they've hit the aftermarket yet?

I have been told the 19" Double spokes will be avaialbe in Mid March or April. Some vendors already have stock on the 2 piece 19" double spokes too.

Will these be MB wheels???..available from an American Mercedes dealer??...orderable on the car before delivery?...or aftermarket????

I asked the same question a couple of times, they checked with MB USA and the answer is that you cannot order it with the car. Most dealers, however, will sell them to you as an accessory add-on.

It's a shame because you'll have a set of 18"rims in the garage unless you can convince the dealer to take them and give you a decent discount on the 19".

I assume that the set for the 2 piece wheels with tires will go for about $5500-$6000.

The cost is £3600 when ordered with the car. I'm having them fitted on mine for March delivery.

I have a German catalogue which shows 8 wheel options for the SL55.
