Nokia 6310 jingle

With the MB 6310 phone option, the car audio plays the most awful supermarket type jingle when you start the car. Sounds like it was composed on a £20 casio keyboard. Please tell me you can disable this......

Go to the settings menu on the phone

And switch off the start up tone. (I think settings, then phone settings). It's easy.

Thanks, I'll get right on to it. I did check the manual but saw nothing in there

MB should take a good look at the Lexus touchscreen DVD system, waay more friendly.

I agree, but do the lexus have the telephone menu and TV menu
