AMG private lounge is a forum group exclusively for AMG owners in the US.
You must provide your vin # to get a log in.
It is sponsored by AMG and Mercedes - Very cool site!!!

why is it only available to north american amg owners... what about customers from rest of the world..

Frankly I don't see the point in restricting access to North American owners only. I can't think of anything I've seen on the website that'd be problematic for a European or Asian owner to see.

exactly.. they realli need to open up access to every amg owner in the world so that amg owners can get together and discuss about their cars and so on.

so u registered with your name and vin and just selected a state from the US as your location?

but i had a problem with the 1st step of registration though.. i entered my vin and first and last name and it says that there's an error.

I just signed up for the private lounge. Remember that the Vin and User name and password are case sensitive!

the last 6 digits of my vin no starts with F115... .i believe my car is imported direct from germany i dont know where they built these sl55 s but how does this website know where i am from i dont get it.
is there a way to fool the website to get registered

You must be missing some digits in the end, as the 7’th digit is a letter, in your case “F”!

thank you .that really helped .i found out that my car was delivered to a dealer in slovenia and came to Turkey afterwards.last 7 digits of my vin starts with F115... but i still cant register myself .

i emailed them yesterday and i recieved an email from them saying that they only accept us amg owners
but they also said they will accept amg owners from rest of the world in the future

at least someone may tell us more about that website
