SL55/63/65/R230 AMG: DVD Video Playback & Seat Massager not working

DVD Video Playback & Seat Massager not working
Hey guys
In my SL55 AMG, when I put in a DVD Movie, the DVD will not play -- The audio plays, but I get no picture, even when the car is in park, or when the car isn't even turned on and only the COMAND is on. Any ideas?
Also, my seat massager/ventilator doesnt seem to function. The seat heater does, but I don't feel as if any AC is coming from the perforated holes, and I dont feel any massage when I push Pulse (The red light comes on for 15 seconds and then dissappears), and I dont feel a difference when I try to adjust the side bolsters -- Is this something that just needs to be enabled on their STAR computer at MB or is it something serious?
Finally, how the hell do I get rid of the annoying beeps when I enter the car? I've tried to disable it with no luck and frankly its driving me crazy.
