is this too good to be true?
I just mooved to AZ and what better car then a sl55...
I just saw this car on ebay:

an 06 25kmi blk/blk for 46800 OBO. Is this a good deal. I wanted to get an 04 with 40/45kmi for 39000 at first but this looks good.
My question:
1) Does it look legit (carfax is available)
2) As the car is 1000 miles away I would buy it without seing it. Have anyone ever done something like that. what do you guys recomend

I'm not saying it is...It's just some good reading to see what to look for if it is a lemon or a refurbished car (flood car, etc...)...You need to do you due diligence...car fax it...run the VIN at your local dealer. See if someone from the board can look at it if they are near the car...I've done this several times and these guys are great about it.

Also, you can take the VIN to your local MB service advisor (if you are chummy with one even better) and they can check. I did that when I was searching for an SL65...
