Camber?
Not much info about camber on SL.
I went for alignment check yesterday and was found that the camber on the right side(passenger side) was on NEGATIVE values(-2.2) and unable to be corrected.
I was searching on this forum (SL55) and no info about it. I did search on other forums and people are using K-Mac kits for camber correction ( http://www.k-mac.com/Kmac_catalog.pdf ) or Speedybnz Camber Arms ( speedybenz.com ) or H&R ‘Triple C’ Camber Adjustment Bolts ( http://www.hrsprings.com/products/triple-c/ ).
Now need advice from the experts on what are you people are doing.
Thanks.

Alignment specs call for negative camber at all 4 corners for the SL65, which I'm assuming is very similar to the SL55. Why do you want to eliminate negative camber, are your tires wearing unevenly?

Right side(passenger) was on the negative value and left side(driver) was on the positive.
As per the electronic alignment computer the values should not be on the negative.
Now I'm very confuse!!!

Range for the front is -0 degrees 50 seconds to -1 degree 35 seconds with no more than a 20 second difference left to right.
Range for the rear is -1 degree 9 seconds to -2 degrees 12 seconds with no more than a 30 second difference left to right.
Tables attached.

SL55 AMG
For best handling use:
Front: slight neg camber, as much possible caster equal on both sides, and slight toe out for better turn in
Rear: approx -2 deg or we use a bit more on the race car, slight toe in (or zero toe if you'd like for a street car)
toe out or in effects tire wear much more than neg camber; check your toe settings using a string gauge
