does anyone know where I can get this,dealer says it doesnt come seperate its my ABC pump pulley

that's not the part # just the group number which is the first 3 digits which means nothing since its 000 which means it fits multiple applications (different vehicles) and the second row is the group or type of part which means steering. You are missing 4 digits. Also please update your profile with your vehicle info.
