haha I had someone tell me that at a red light once, that one of my brake lights is fused.
It's probably your emergency lights, when you turn on your fog lights, you pop the button up once, if you pop it all the way up (twice) those lights will turn on.

Car Whore
its also illegal to drive around with your rear foglights on, and very annoying for other drivers.
Just FYI so you guys don't forget to make sure you didnt accidentally pull up too much.

If you constantly pulse the brakes, they automatically engage in a flicker as a safety precaution. It takes away the need of having to hit the emergency blinkers, which most drivers in Europe do when having to make a sudden stop.

G Kats - a friend of mine was following me one evening in stop and go traffic on the expressway. He called me to tell me that the upper left brake light was flickering and that the light was on the upper portion of the tailight assembly where I never knew such a light existed. Marcus' observation about the flashing light safety feature would make sense since I was on and off the brakes in a traffic jam. This site never ceases to amaze me. Mystery solved I guess. PJ
