030 Brake Retrofit
Seems the calipers are the same between the two cars, however the disks are a larger 380mm floating type vs the 36x solid rotor.
Does anyone know if this is true? What is needed other then the later disks to retrofit said disks onto our cars (non 030) cars. Thanks!
I have heard adapter carriers can be used. Who can sells this?

from what i know, you have to get new calipers too becuz the brackets for the calipers are different due to the larger discs.. i wanted to do the 030 brakes too but then i found out i will need to replace my calipers as well. so i figured i will just wait till i finish with current discs and pads and get 16" rotors from brembo instead..

I was told that you don't need to change the stock calipers to upgrade to the larger 030 380mm rotors. But you will need some type of adapter to make the stock calipers work with the larger rotors. Try a search as this has been discussed before...

good thread...I was interested in finding out about this also...Looks like the same calipers for 030 package, just bigger rotors; Evosport sells 2-peice rotors for I suppose non-030 cars; I'd be interested in an adapter for running the bigger rotors off the 030 if possible as well...
