Question Tele-Aid Malfunction Message
Hello All
I have a 2004 sl55 and I'm wondering if it is possible to get rid of the tele-aid malfunction message without activating this service?
I was told it would be costly to update my car for the current tele-aid service.....anyone have this updated and how much?
Thanks for your time...Doug

I can usually change the coding in the instrument cluster to get rid of the 'SOS not activated' message. Works on most cars but not all. Just a matter of telling the IC that SOS/Tele-aid is 'not present'

gave the dealer the DTB reference, he showed me another one, where it says customer pays...talked him down to 40 bucks...still feel ripped off
