SL63 Performance Package?
Hi guys,
I am getting ready to purchase a SL63 (white on black). I am wondering if the performance package is necessary.
I drive hard and like to do it but I don't track. Basically, long highway trips and city errands.
What's your call?

different wheels, different steering wheel, removal of limiter on engine to up 155mph to 186mph. Gotta have it for those errands.

Its not necessary at all. Don't waste the money unless your going to be running the car on the ragged edge all the time. The standard components do the job more than adequately.
