Out Of Control!!
Interesting idea, I tried spraying nitrous on my heat exchanger a while back but spraying the intercooler itself is the way to go. Lower temp IAT's = more power!

OCTANE: OEM ecu programming tables allow for up to 94 octane adjustments. After market re-flash such as Renntech allows for 99 octane. Higher octane can be used but ecu will not have adaptive value tables to take advantage of it.
Spray: Depending on the set up, you have be careful with CO2 sprayers. It is very ez for CO2 to get sucked into the intake which obviously causes loss of power (personal experience). NOS is a better choice. Keep in mind the limits of the adaptive tables in the algorithms.
C16: That’s a leaded fuel, which is a strict no no for your system. I can go on and on here but its best you further research this point and you'll get the picture.
MS109 is the highest unleaded octane fuel u can get your hands on with a true r+m/2 octane value of 105.
HP: On average if u have a forced induction engine that is pushing over 500hp, u will net an extra 10%HP, with 100 octane (r+m/2) if u have the flash for it. HP increase is lower for normally aspirated.
