Hi got the chance of some 19in wheels they are 8.5 x 19 and 9.5 x 19 and ET35

Correct? Plus my car is lowered by 20mm on std 18 inch wheels will i get only problems?

At ET35 you would be a few mm closer to the inner fender. That's probably not enough to cause rubbing but if it did you could 1) roll the fender, 2) use a small spacer, or 3) use slightly narrower tires.

The 19" wheel diameter won't be a problem as long as the tire diameter is the same or slightly less than your 18" tires. The OEM tire diameter is 26" FWIW.
