SL55/63/65/R230 AMG: MY SHIFTER GETS STUCK IN PARK SOMETIMES

MBWorld Fanatic!
I urge all those that have a car 5 years old or more to consider buying a new
or newer car, with warranty if poss. It seems that 5 years is the killer.
My E55 had all new pipes at 5 years, my SL55 had rams, pumps, the list was endless, again 5 years old and my S600, new gearbox, new ABC pump and
new pipes, again 5 years old. When my SL63 is 3 years old, I'll take a year
of extra warranty, then at 4 years it's bye bye!

SL55 SL600 BMW850
sound 8,
I would urge owners of nice cars NOT dumping them after 5 years. I have sl55, and still have a 1995 sl600.. it has had few probs.. but I'm not going to sell it cos of some switch. I like my cars, sound 8!
