I realize many diehards have seen this but for the rest of the mortals this should be a nice appetizer. Although it’s in German keep watching... the top speed (vmax) will be posted on the screen. Here is a link to convert kmh to mph if u can’t divide by 1.61 http://www.eforecourt.com/mph_kph_speed_convert.htm
PS. The SL65 is referred to as a "prototype" and I’m not sure what that means. It’s not a black series but may have been tuned?

SL55 AMG 2003 V-Max
This prototyp has the engine and chassi from the Black series but installed in a "Standard" SL AMG body. As the standard SL body is narrower then the Black it has better CD and by that it has a higher top speed.
