This may be known news or not but I went to dealer today and asked when the new shape was coming out they informed me that it originally was supposed to be out 2010 but got pushed back to 2013. Also there will be no production of the sl63 in the year 2010. They will skip that years production and resume in 2011.

MB Canada shows a 2010 model
If you go to the MB Canada site they have the build your own 2010 SL63 on the site--It appears that the rear vent on the front fender is now body colour--(perhaps matte)

The release date on Canadian SL's has always been July as I recall--perhaps just delayed in the US--We got the 2010 E550 coupe 2 mos ahead of the sedan. SLS is planned for spring/10

This may lead to a shortage which will give my car a little extra when
selling. I don't like the idea of the rear vent body colour.
