Keyless Go Problem

I checked fuses last night to try and solve SRS and Radio issue to no avail. I have an appointment tomorrow with a reputable indie to try and figure out the problem. However, after checking the fuses my keyless go does not work...

Is there some sort of retraining or reset i need to do with the keyless go? It will not start with start button - says "key not recognized" and the doors will not lock or un-lock unless. The key fob lock and un-lock works only if i hold it next to the door...

Thank you

Try changing the battery in the key fob.

How did you "check" your fuses with a test light or did you pull them all and test with an ohmmeter?

The old fashioned way - pulled them and looked at them. I only pulled the ones that seeemed obvious to SRS/stereo problem.

Dan:

Is anything else not working? Just Keyless Go?

Here's were i am at. Took it to my Indie and ran the test. A bunch of fault codes pin pointing the problem to the overhead console. I began to think that i just had my windshield replaced (by the dealer recommended shop) and that maybe the guy doing it didnt reconnect the wires or were lose. So, the windshield repair guy is on his way over to look at all of the connections. I know the guy had to remove parts of the overhead to get the new windshield in so, I hope that is the problem...

Dino, as far as keyless Go being the only problem - yes right now. All the fault codes were cleared and no problems right now. However, the problems started with the keyless entry working sperodically, then it moved into an SRS warning, then no radio volume, CD error and no SAT, then to no Keyless go at all...

Hope there is just a lose connection...
