My Dealer Called To Say ......
My car is scheduled for a June build and a July delivery.
I asked them to move everything toward a September build and an October delivery.
I'm not sure about Mercedes, but BMW pretty much shuts down in August for vacations and also to tool up for the next year model building. I want an '04 SL55 AMG ..... I hate to buy a car near it's year end build, because it becomes a year old model too soon!!
What do you guys think?

definitely wait. i'm sure some someone else on his waiting list will be happy to get their car a month or two sooner. no sense in taking the last 2003 when you can get the first 2004. they'll make some changes - probably trivial - but why no wait.
