I'm in the market for a 07 SL55, I have not been able to drive one, I've driven the SL550 which I really liked, is the exhaust note on the 55 noticeably different than the 550? It seems after some research I need to find a private party to buy from as the prices are much, much lower this way, any advice is appreciated. Thanks

The SL55 is more raucous and the noise is part of the appeal of driving this vehicle! The exhaust sounds sort of like a powerboat! The non-AMG SLs are much quieter
