2003 SL55 AMG

What tint percent do you have?

I can't decide if I want 20% or 35%. I feel as if the 20 is gonna be really dark and the 35 is gonna be too light

What color is your car? I have 35% on a steel grey 55, and it's not too light. I definitely agree that 20 is too dark. Do a search on this forum; there are other threads regarding tinted windows.

2003 CL55

I got 20% and wish i went darker, figured since it is not a sports car i didn't need to go darker, i was wrong of course.

I had 15% up front and 5% in the back on my old car and that was the perfect combo.

Here in FL - tint is a must - I have a silver one and have the following

15% on the sides
limo on the rear
limo on the pano roof
40% on the windshield w/ limo strip at the top

And it is just about right!

I just did 35% all around, which I really like, but the back window could be a bit darker. I think you will like 35% and 20% . The sunny southern states probably need darker.
