30,000 even and parked....no issues.....just one new set of brake pads and regular maintenance...

2005 SL55 purchased this past summer with 420 miles, it now has ~1,185.
It's a 4th or 5th car so it will never have a whole lot of miles but I would like to drive it more than I have......

I dunno if these 230 SL cars will ever be collector cars like their gullwing ancestors. To that end I say drive 'em, run 'em down the drag strip, enjoy them...that's what they were made for! 
...if on the very rare or unlikely chance they ever do become a collector car, you can always restore them...cross that bridge when it comes lol

Purchased new 07' SL550 in May of 2006 (Euro Delivery)...Sold with ~6,500 miles June of 2008.

I just bought my SL55 it is a 2005 and now has 1610 miles on it. It had 1480 when I got it last week. It replaced our SLK32 that was a 2002 with 6000 miles on it, and joins our 2003 C32 with 14000 miles on it. Got to love AMG.

I guess it's you and me bud. My 03 is at 71,000. It's my daily driver from about May to October every year. Driving to and from work becomes the best part of my work day. I still love this machine.
