SL55/63/65/R230 AMG: Anyone had their turrbine wheels refurbished?

Anyone had their turrbine wheels refurbished?
The original SL55 turbine wheels are looking a bit dated now and the lacquer on two of mine is lifting. I can imagine these are difficult to refurbish. Has anyone done it?

Yes, a good wheel shop can refinish. I just had a set (not turbine but split spoke) done and it was less than $400. That was fixing some rash on three that another wheel shop did when they changed the tires on an old school tire machine. They were done in clear powder coat.
