Dyno Difference
It's obvious now that bhp measurements from rolling road dyno's are different here in the UK than they are in the States.Over the last 20 years I have had many cars dyno'd on several rolling roads, and they all gave a figure at the flywheel. I have taken many stock cars and the measurement figures have matched the manufacturers spec, so they must be accurate and I think the industry standard.Now I am not an expert on dyno's, all I'm interested in is the figures they spew out. Now I can find out the names of these rolling roads and publish them, however I don't know what that would prove.
I am putting my SL63 on one hopefully at the end of the coming week and will publish the graph on hp and torque.Whether that means anything to members in the states is up to you! all I know is I will believe what the figure says. I am not refferring to engine dyno's.
