My wallet cards are not opening/closing the locks and starting the car...any suggestions as to how to fix?

First thing to do : put in a new battery.

Even if the doors unlock/lock with the key remote but not the credit card?

I think mf1 means the battery in the wallet card.

there is no battery in the wallet card


edit: oh I didnt notice you meant the keyless go card. Yeap change the battery. Check if the lights on top are illuminating when you press the button.
