I have only turned my traction off once, from a standstill, and for a couple of seconds. On the way home last night, with dry roads I decided to switch it off, ( sport esp) to see how it felt. Holy Moly coming off a roundabout I lit up my nearside rear, the back end going wild, I must say the acceleration had
more grunt, even in a straight line the back felt twitchy. So I presume the
traction takes large chunks of power, does any body know how much, 20,50

How many of you drive with it off, and when you do quarter's do you have it on or off.

I think it's where the P030 performance package comes handy: rear LSD.

or just a rear LSD by itself.

Does the SL63 not have a LSD stock?
And do you know whether you have traction on or off when doing a quarter.

It doesnt unless you have the performance package, if not no need to worry you can get many LSD from aftermarket tuners.
