sl55 AMG 2002 ... HELP))) ENGINE PROBLEM
HELLO I'm From UKRAINE I HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THE ENGINE (burned 2 Pistons and damage CYLINDER)
PLEASE advise HOW CHEAPER to repair ???
BUY USED ENGINE???
CAN BETTER PUT A CUSTOM PARTS???? Where can I buy them? (Now I have more than 600 HORSES)

Cheap and AMG, are not words that are interchangeable.
It sounds like the car was poorly set and/or abused, as these are pretty durable engines. It may be time to 'pay the piper', and have it fixed, and properly set up, so this doesn't happen again.

SL55, Audi A4, Dodge w/Cummins
Ouch so much for the knock sensors taking over ? How come just those 2 cylinders ? I'd flow the injectors, check the fuel filter and pressure and check the ECU for a bad output stage, also check the wiring as well.
Did you pull the other pistons and see how they looked ?
At least the block is sleeved so you can save it
