I understand that part, but what I was asking was this:

At WOT conditions, where torque limiters interfere the most, every time the car shifts up one gear, the rpm stays between 2000 and redline except in first gear where it is from 0 to redline. So basically, wouldn't modifying the behavior of torque limiters under the first 800 rpms help in first gear only at (WOT conditions) since all other gears stay between 2000 and redline? I'm just curious if that is the case or not, as I don't personally know

After driving my SL quite a bit more, the performance differences/increases in car are MAINLY noticed while driving aggressively in Sport or Manual modes if/when driving NORMAL car feels unchanged. (which I like)

Sounds like the S65 you installed it in, is either otherwise STOCK/NON-ECU-tuned or has less Aftermarket Perf mods to realize the extra TQ released @ said rpm's w/SPEEDRIVEN's TCU or was driven tamely because Marko has CL65 & notes a huge increase in multi-threads when driven aggressively.

5:06 pm I'm driving in traffic and finally get onto the highway

5:07 pm I'm on the phone with the local drag strip inquiring about their schedule

5:18 pm I've burned a quarter tank of gas

This is the fastest my car has ever been. I now have both the SpeeDriven ECU and TCU mod. I'm going to the drag strip Thursday. I expect to easily better my 10.72

After 4 aborted runs due to excessive wheel spin ( on one pass it spun so hard that the transmission popped out of gear) I decided to feather it out and hope for the best. I accomplished a new personal best. The TCU definitely made a big difference. It used to have a very long delay between shifts and the car would spend most of the pass in between shifts. Now that doesn't happen. In my opinion the TCU is worth at least 1 mph and possibly up to 3mph. Marcin also flashed the car with a VERY aggressive ECU tune that can only be run with a very high octane fuel. The car is making tremendous power. I think it can trap over 135 mph as it sits and possibly hit a 10.40. We're going to the track again Sunday and are hoping for a better prep. Marcin says the ECU has even more power in it Let me get it to hook like this first!!!!

Well I'm just about at the max performance of a stock powered E55. I'm gonna try a different rear tire & rim combo and see if that gets me in the 11.6x range. This TCU mod sounds like something I would like and headers is the other mod that I would chose to do. So maybe a couple of mods but no plans for a pulley,tb, airbox or he & pump.
