Need a steering wheel part

I bought the car with a paddle steering wheel and can get the paddles to work, bought a oem used steering wheel to use as someone did on the forum to use the insides of the buttons for the paddles but i am missing the electric part where the buttons connect and the go to the car
the numbers that part has (33510701 and 2308215051 and 60206291001) I know it works as we took it from a sl500 at the shop and tested and it works... but can find it, dealers say it comes with the steering wheel can anyone help?

Well, Im still not seeing everything I need. What kind of shift buttons do you have? There are 3 different kinds. Since this car has had some re working on the wheel, I dont know if youve got the wrong wheel or wrong shifters.
Here is what is on the oldest style shift buttons , Its attached to the shift button wires so its not a seperate part. You have to buy the shift buttons. I am pretty sure its a zener diode. And it wont work with out it.
If you know what was the origional wheel and shift buttons then we could solve it from there.
