Personally, I think that's a very good price on the CL car with a warranty like that. I called around recently trying to add coverage on potential "non-warranty" SL65s before I bought mine (which has extended warranty already). Pricing was 6-7k for 24 months (yes, 6-7k!).
See what you can do, but the mileage is very reasonable for the year, warranty a big plus, and price seem low/right.
