It's gonna be sicker than that pic, (although I do like that older headlight version a lot, what's scoop on that rig? hp/TQ?)

Getting full 09/10 Bixenons/ exact sl65 blk fenders frnt/rear plus new freak hood w/working vents in carbon fiber... I'll keep rest secret much better to build anticapation

ALL above parts maybe sold, I'll keep you next in line for grill...I travel to wilshire monthly, though pickup point will be in N. Hollywood...

I think this guy has over 130K just on interior and stereo.. Some record producer owns it. Power wise I'm not sure.500-520whp?? Its got RENNtech everything.. Even brakes. We did the custom muffler job on it. Sounded really nice. One thing is for sure, The owner will beck back when he needs more power. He always does.

Rear tire wise I think he has a 345 back there. I'll find out what it makes at the wheels these days. The car is super nice... Like take your shoes off when you get in(JK). Its show car material, but its never shown.

Its just one of those cars that keeps coming in and out of the show for something.

Not my SL600....

But another SL500 @ Platinum Motors (I guess ea to their own, there must be half a dozen other kits on the market ALL but (1 true SL65, I know of) rest gutless tarted up 500's to look lke REAL SL BLK lol) This is an exact duplicate widebody build from MishaDesigns.com that I have PAID FOR today.

My SL600 turns 633 rwhp 800+ rwtq on DynoJet w/91 ECU tune (used 100 oct & ful Ice packed reservoir IC tank during that record Dyno though, getting ms109 race tune from Speedriven shortly) I figure she's MORE than worthy of the body panels...

Contact them for pricing, real nice guys, brilliant finishing work & VERY high quality Carbon Fiber accents, as well as exceptional gap tolerance between body panels (beter than STOCK, I saw his finished 996TT in person w/very similar CF design front bumper/rear bumper rear Diffusser accents.

HIGHLY PORFESSIONAL Sensational fender/body work look's better than OEM INMYOP. I saw Misha's (the owners) personal 996tt today, I went over it w/fine tooth comb... FLATOUT DOESN'T DISAPOINT! It's top NOTCH!

ALL Kits have to cut rear fenders, & add thick flexible Gel Coat is applied w/ ALL tow hook's headlight washers etc very professional. cut into place w/working doors/flaps, I'm having my bodyshop later integrate my Parktronic.

Same EXACT SL65 BLK SERIES Fenders/tolerances/MORE AGGRESSIVE SLR STYLE frnt bumper, & sligtly tweaked rear bumper w/CF fins.

New wheels after much thought will be Satin/Matte blk 19"s ALL around. rear width will allow 19x13 frnt 19x10 I want Perf/look's 20" thru much testing etc KILL instant 20+rwhp LOSS + skinnny *** sidewall = bent wheels regularly in LA/SB krappy roads.

Yes you're damn right I'll be rocking V12 BITURBO side badges, but rear of car will say NOTHING OF THE SL65 BLK sort, Misha, & I will add something kewl to shaved boot, maybe Misha-BITURBO or smething cool in custom color smller oem size. On front fenders & boot.

w/Ed @HMS doing some magic on big calipers paint/logo work, as well as new Piano blk wood & tricked out AMG steering wheel.

It will have complete prof re-paint, going for class, will have quite a bit of REAL Quality CF, w/contrasting Matte/Satin blk wheels & other secret bits (gotta keep some mystery)

Scary fender cutting, as it's only viable way, the entire stock rear 1/4 panels are welded to frame, ALL kits do this.. excepct ULTRA EXPENSIVE Prior Design kit, but cost's WAY TOO MUCH & their fender lines & bumpers are FAR LESS aggressive like real Black Series. Or Mishadesigns kit...

Looking EVIL!!

New front end, w/Functional Dodge Viper style CF hood vents

I'll be the 3'rd SL built w/this kit, the 1st prototype was in blk/gold was bit ruff, the NEW CF bits & body gap + tow/hook & headlight washer cutouts made me SNAP & BUY!!!

REAL Carbon Fiber air slits/vents + INMYOP friggin' sick bottom diffuser

[img]]http://img227.imageshack.us/img227/6328/img4779e.jpg[/img]

That's it for now, AGAIN NOT MY 05' SL600, This is ANOTHER 03' SL500 IN FRONT OF ME.
I couldn't wait after I Purchased the Kit today, since (2) other builds are in front of me, my project teardown wont begin until Oct 1st...

Call Misha or Ray @ Mishadesigns.com for pricing...

NO FULL Matte/Satin conversion, just excellent contrasting bits in Matte/Satin on 95% Gloss Black 040 oem color.

Exhaust will stay quad AMG older style unless I find some SL BLK style tips I like...

Then hopefully Marcin will have PERFECTED new larger Turbo upgrades & she will have them, hopefully as I've been told in concert to my existing mods we'll be looking @ 1000 bhp.. IE 750-800 rwp. if you couldn't can't tell? I'm totally in LOVE w/these Biturbo V12's I'm keepin her for a looooooooonnnngg time

OEM Parts are ALL SOLD! thank you! Lastly my SL weighs w/exhaust mods/spare tire removal + roadside kit etc about 4280, considering BOR weighed is STOCK SL600 @ 4370, these new lighter parts will shed another 70-85 odd lbsSo should tip in @ 4200 lbs even, if feeelin' frisky I'll remove the 93lb passenger seat to see what she's really got, I know for a FACT lots of 600/65/55 guys do this @ track that kinda weight is worth an EX tenth, & LEAN azz 4100 lbs w/out driver

Absolutely SICK Carbon Fiber, ultra aggressive bumper vs REAL SL BLK

Look closely @ new beautiful working CF hood vents

Getting closer

Peak @ good hi-res pic of Gold/blk 1st beta tester build...

Not Misha's 996tt but identical paint scheme 997tt & very similar body kit...From his website.

They swear ALL body work (installing kit no more than 10-days, I'm going ahead & figuring 2 wks to be on safe side.) Then off to my Painter in SB (3) wks max entire car will be resprayed oem 040 gloss blk/ w/few devilish Matte blk splashes here n' there for contrast, also whls will be ALL Matte blk NO more gloss lips it's played out I think)

So about 5-6 wks MAX starting Oct 1st she will be NASTY! Just in time to put her into the wall @ 1/8th mile @ Famoso rental J/K but thought has crossed my mind

Gonna have hard data from next Friday's MIR rental. You can put these things on a million dynos or guess by the seat of your pants, but nothing shows gains like 1/4 mile trap speed.

If I trap over 120, I know the M-EFFER is running stronger.

Thanks gents these V12's are honestly the BEST most fun you can have w/your clothes on (modded that is)

Clay, I predict you Trap 3-5 mph FASTER w/new ECU/TCU, your old trap rec was near 121mph I'm bettin' 124-126, if you get insane DA/Launch/conditions 127mph kissn' 10's IE 10.99 1/4 use that 100 + octane & Icey tricks Goodluck to ya friend!

Edit: Time to change that Siggy inc #'s

Def.. You need this kit to finish your build after Evosport sorts out Vadim's witchcraft, you & I could have the ULTIMATE WIDEBODY FASTEST (gotta add Sal's Matte white SL55 beauty, as it's currently reigning champ & true inspiration here) Silver/Black SL Combos on Westcoast

Couple extra pix showing functional hood-vents & front bumper better/ Frnt Bumper will have trick mesh pieces in place of current bumper openings.
More Mishadesigns Prototype model

Is he (Misha) running 225's in the rear, or what..?
Not that obvious in that pic, but on the homepage!
But you should have 345's, right? I think you wrote that...
Will be a huuge difference!

But I just LOOOVE the hood vents!!
Were they from Viper..?
Are they adaptive on to my stock hood..?

The reason tires look so small is, I believe the wheels are 22"s I don't know the tire sizing on prototype SLMS, that's it's code name... No you'd have to get the entire SLMS kit or ask Misha if you went factory 09/10 upgraded frnt end headlights etc, if they would JUST SELL hood (I doubt it, as it's NOT listed or sold that way but you can always ask)

Yes this build will have 345's out back 1 way or another

Similar to Viper ONLY in vent angle. Sizing, placement, etc.. Totally unique to Mishadesigns. I have another big secret up my sleeve w/the hood, it will TRULY be (1) off! You guys will freak when seen finished hi-res shots or in person. Def hitting local So CA Calabasas Euro Sun meet if still active in Nov..
