I really like that wheel, but I'd prefer a smaller dia, do they come in 18 or 19? I also would prefer black center with polished lip. What's the price on the set?

Yes they do come in 19", you can order them in any color combo you want. They are all made to order at your request. So yes polished lips and black centers are possible
