Can anyone give me an idea what my wheels are worth? I'm thinking about going with an 18" or 19" set because I'm constantly worrying about these wheels and the tires can be pretty pricey. If anyone in the area is interested in some form of trade, let me know. I just spent $2400 having these wheels professionally straightened, repolished, and cleared by www.thewheelwarehouse.com so they look like brand new. I will consider trades within reasonable driving distance of zip codes 45380 and 06339.

Also I would include the tires with the wheels. They are Falken FK452s in 255/35/20 on the front and 305/25/20 on the rear. Fronts have <1500 miles on them and are like new, rears are 50-60% and have about 6-7k on them. New TPM sensors are in the wheels and were installed back in May of this year.

I think the fronts might be 255/30,
but if I were you, these are nice wheels and have a good style. I would maybe paint the center spokes the car color. You wont get near what they cost if you sell them.

I think you may be right about the front tires now that I think about it. I was going from memory as the car is with my parents in ohio and I'm in CT. I didn't buy them new, they were on the car when I bought it so I'm not too concerned about the difference in price. I know they were roughly 10 grand for the set new though. I would be happy with 4-5k or a nice set of HRE/CCW/iForged etc. and a little cash. I might be putting the car up for sale in the semi-near future and I figured I might be able to recoup some of the depreciation by not selling the car with these wheels.

Just as a gauge....

to work by, you're going to find the going tough at anywhere near $4ish k. They are nice wheels, beautiful to look at, but the fact that they have been straightened/trued is not a good indicator to most folks. That does usually compromise the strength of them, and it often indicates they've led a tough life. That's not really the problem though. The reality is that sellig a used set of wheels in that price range is really, really tough. I know you see expensive sets of wheels here or on ebay for sale, but once a used set of wheels gets over a grand or maybe two, your marketplace just evaporates. Also, lots of people here like Falken (though I'm not one of them) and 6k wear on a performance tire that can't be rotated is probably about 70 to 80% done.
If you want to paint them some other color or finish, that's cool, but you need to realize that they will be yours probably forever. Everyone's taste is different, and your trimming down your prospects yet again.
Anyway, not trying to rain on your parade, it's just harder than it looks. I think they would sell, and you would probably have good activity, at somewhere around half that price. Just my .02, exactly what it's worth.

The rear tires were rotated to the other side when they were mounted back on the wheels to help promote even wear from the extra camber I had from the lowering links. They still have decent tread depth on them though and are just over a year old. Even so, they may end up staying on the car unless someone has an attractive trade for a similar quality wheel in a smaller size.
