Are these good tire sizes for 20" wheels?

I've decided on getting 20" OEM reps to keep the OEM look that I desire. Do you recommend these tire sizes (if not, what do you recommend?) ?

Front: 245/35R20XL 95Y SBL

Rear: 275/30R20XL 97Y SBL

Thanks

Partly depends on how wide the wheels are. Do you know those specs?

it might be ok, but if you are going for a 20" wheel it would be more useful to get wider wheels. 9 and 11" with bigger wider tires. Its kind of senseless to go to 20" just to have them narrow. It would be better to get those widths in 19"

Thanks. They don't give many options here. So if I go with 19's, should I go with I can go with 245/35R19 and 275/30R19 ? The specs for the 19" are below:
19x8.5 Front / 19x9.5 Rear
Bolt Pattern: 5x112
Offset: 44 Front / 44 Rear
Hubcentric

I posted in your other thread but will repeat here: SL OEM tires have a tire diameter of 26"; if you are close to that size you should be in good shape.

The offsets on your wheels are higher than normal, though. OEM SL offset is low 30s for 8.5/9.5 wheels. Those wheels will be inset about 1/2" more than normal.

yes thats about normal. maybe 285 on the rears. But about the wheels you are looking at, you are thinking about some kind of replica wheels. really bad idea. Most of them are really cheap replicas and you are probibly in for many different head aches because of poor quality. Could have problems with out of round wheels, hard to balance, hard to put tires on wheels, non hub centric centers and very poor finish. Plus you are going to have to use 10mm spacers on them because they are 44mm offset. the fronts wont clear brakes.
Better to look for some used amg wheels for the same price.

Many thanks for the excellent advice and education. I will not be getting those other sets after reading your comments. I did find something else that has an offset of 25 with 19x8.5/19x9.5 set up. Would these fitments be a better choice? It's for this wheel:

Sorry, still a cheap aftermarket brand wheel. Anything that costs $250 ea is going to be a pretty bad quality wheel. Most stock or name brand wheels are going to cost well over $500 to $2000 ea. You can experiment but youre probibly going to be sorry. I would check all the wheels the people on this site are using or buy used amg wheels.

As you can probably tell, I like to do my research before a purchase and I've read only good things about the brand. These are more expensive than the first set of wheels I considered, and I don't think looking at a price alone is sufficient to say it's bad quality (how about volume, profit margin, previous experiences, manufacturing process). Maybe they're not the best wheels for drag racing, but that is not what I intend on doing.
