Airbag 2 connectors direct swap
Shifting paddles need modification
Multi-functional control can not hook up
No error code though

Love that SL63 3-spoke wheel in carbon. I currently have that but in the older "traditional" 4-spoke wheel. I'm wanting to upgrade to a 3-spoke carbon, only thing I fear is disconnecting the airbag and putting in a new one from a different car. I fear something being wrong with the bag, it shorts, and upon first startup all the bags in the car blow. Making a huge gaping hole in the very expensive passenger dashboard.

that is why we always recommend professional installation
and our steering wheel conversion always required customers to use the original airbag so no model switch needed
