Good luck! I purchased a CF steering wheel from DCT and it's absolutely beautiful! It took FOREVER to get it though. Then, wanted shifter.... Tried to order full CF shifter per their website and was told they couldn't make that one bc it was too difficult so settled on a shifter with partial CF and that's when they went dark.... No response to PMs or email! Tried several times to contact Ivan and nothing... No response, not even on Facebook. Poor customer service to say the least!
That was a bit of my experience, we were chatting back and forth for a bit about redoing my center console that had some bubbles and then one day I just never heard back....that was a year ago. I send him an email every once in a while to see if he is able to help me out and never hear back.
Ivan is pretty busy most of the time, but this is what he does full time (you should see all of the amazing steering wheels, etc in the DCTMS showroom and warehouse). The best way to get a hold of him is NOT PM or Posting .... Just call Ivan at DCT Motorsports on the phone. He is in the office most weekdays after 10 am PST.
