Extend warranty claim
I purchased extend warranty with CUNA Mutual Group’s throught my Orange County Credit Union, hope that extend warranty is good, is any body use the same warranty I carry now?
My car having some small issue now, valve cover gasket leaking, Top roof make little noise when I go over speed bump or drive way, air conditioning fan with low speed give some small noise, should I take the car to dealer and get it fix right away or wait for next couple weeks, I just picked up the car on Feb-5-11 and purchased extend warranty same time, it cost me $3,700 for 7 years or 100K miles, my car only 24k miles.
I'm just worry if I take the car for repair now and after they receive the bill from dealer and they realize they don't make any money and loosing money on 7 years then they will cancel my contract.
I need you guy advice asap

I would get it fixed asap. If they cancel your warranty atleast you just got all that work done for free since they have to refund you the warranty price.

IDK.. You might wanna wait a bit... I have the CSC, which is by far the best you can buy, but no longer available. I have heard of people trying to file claims too soon after they buy the warranties and the claims were denied because the warranty said the problems were pre-existing.
The valve cover gaskets are a very common problem and will take you no more than 1 hour to repair both properly..
They will most definately say this was pre-existing since it is highly unlikely that both sides just failed within the last couple of weeks..
The top noises can sometimes be solved by lubing all the movement points (search on here.. someone has done a great writeup)..
You could effectively argue that the fan has just started acting up, and therefore get that taken care of...

Ugh I hear you but you dont want your small issues to become big ones. The warranty company didnt ask for an inspection prior to coverage??
Things do happen and with these cars I have found if you dont drive them letting them sit can be worse. LOL
I have coverage by CSC which is the best IMHO they have be great with the small shop I use . Less than a month into coverage my strut went and they covered it no questions asked.
