Mercedes SL55 health check wheel bearing needs adjusting?
I am just about to pickup my newly aquired SL55 and was going through the Mercedes health check that I paid to put it through before I put a deposit down and have found the following statement.

Wheel bearing front nearside worn. Adjustment

I spoke to the service manager who advised me it just needed adjustiing which complyetely confused me? I was 99% sure there wheel bearings were sealed units and could not be adjusted?

What on earth is he talking about?

yes, bearings are non-serviceable.
if play was detected they need to be replaced

i have no idea how you adjust a bearing...
