SL55/63/65/R230 AMG: buying sl 55 amg...what do you think about this one?

buying sl 55 amg...what do you think about this one?
Hi. I'm a new member and it is pleasure to be with you guys here 
. So i want to buy an sl 55 amg model. Since my kids are old and no longer going on holidays with me i decided to buy an sl for me and my wife as a pleasure. Also it is my dream car. I wanted one eversince. So i found this one sl 55 amg. Its from czech republic. It is a 2002 sl 55 amg with 79 000 km that is about 50000 miles. He is asking 28000 euros(40000 dollars) for it. Should i be worried about the car because it is an early model? The owner does not report any problems. Only this one problem with battery which wasnt working after car was 10 months in garage. He was only using it in summer. It has new tires and straight out of service. But i'm scared about the supercharger since it aint cheap to replace. What should i also look for? the car is fully loaded with electric stuff and it is an early model so i'm not sure. Please guys help me out here. Tell me anything you know.

hmm...and what should i look for when buying one? I heart something about the roof leaking or something. Also is it possible to replace the old sat nav with the new one? which sl had after first facelift i think.
