Funny you say that......and I would stand to think you're correct.
Although I may pick up pretty substantial HP gain(maybe 35+), the more research I have done, I think it could possibly void my warranty but the cats will need to be replaced down the road when I sell the car.
my conclusion.....I am not removing the primaries and will install DMH electric exhaust cutouts for the growl.
P.S. The primary cat removal I was quoted was $1,000.
