Porsche guy who drives SL63 w/ perf pkg AND perf suspension
SL R230 oil filters

does anybody know if the SL55 oil filter is the same as the 65, 550,600?

According to my book, the 600 and the 55 are the same. The 65 is different.

Probably different. The 65/600 is is the M275 motor, while the 55K is an M113. My M113 based E500 is a different filter than my SL600.
