Tirerack.com says it should be the 315 MHZ sensors.

RE: TPMS

Didn't reply because I'm not sure about later year cars. For my 05, they are 315 Mhz. My originals worked perfectly; I replaced them with new OEM spec Beru sensors due to the battery life expectancy when I did my 19" wheels/tires upgrade as I did not want to deal with sensor issues later. Good call as I recently discovered that at least one original sensor battery has since died on the OEM 18" wheels. I found that Tire Rack sells OEM replacements for less than anywhere else.

I'd ask Mercedes or Tire Rack to be sure, but for an 09 I'd probably just re-use them as they should have 3 or so more years of life left.

I think the newer TPMS from MB are very good. My '03 SL55 sensors went out after about 2 years. The replacements have been good ever since.
