2005 C55 AMG - 2018 340i - 2006 SL55 AMG - Sold
By far the best done silver SL55 I have seen. I'd prefer some 5 spoke rims with a slightly less aggressive offset...but that's just nitpicking.

Car is hot.

Love the whole look of your car - the lowered stance, the wheels, just about everything. Why such a large gap between the bead of the tires and the outer edge of the rim? It looks like the tires are too small and were stretched out. Having the outer edge exposed, are you not concerned with damaging the wheels?

It's not a gap trust me there is no gap in these things at all, the rim sticks out cause I want it to poke (and yes of course I'm affraid of damaging it) that is why the stretch on the sidewall looks like a gap here is a closer look of whats between tire and fender

Kamil the car looks good overall...but those wheels and tires stick out a bit too far for my taste ...this is the technic look that a lot of VW and sport compact guys and tuners go after in Europe...it's popular there, but I never really understood it, it's not improving the car in fact it's a comprimised setup in terms of contact patch and lateral grip.... but to me a little bit of aggressiveness offset is ok but i like them pushed out and flush or very very slightly poking out wit the tire tucking in....either way you like it and that's all that counts, and overall I think it's a nice looking car, love the styling ques and low ride as well... if you drove this car in Europe they would LOVE it, either that or in the barrio in East LA lol

Sunir I agree with you 100% I comprimised a lot of performance going with this style of stance. I'm not big into racing, I don't like getting on the car that often at all. Somehow I just love cruising it. I know the car has power because in fact mine is not stock either and is going to get an entire full built over the winter (pretty much every mod you can imagine that is out for this car will be on it) This is why the 16 inch drag pack for the rear and light 18s up front will come in handy. With this wheel setup I don't push the car, I understand it does not weigh 3K pounds and is in fact a lot heavier. I will cruise this setup and when I want to see what the car is made off I will lift it up and put the drag setup and play at the track.

Thanks I bet the guys in Europe would love this.
