SL55/63/65/R230 AMG: ow to replace Door Panel on SL R230 ?

SL 500 R230
ow to replace Door Panel on SL R230 ?
ell oevrybody i changed te door trim :
1 I remove the triangle trim
2 i twist te abs logo and remove it ( screw)
3 i remove the aluminium trim on the door panel
then i push up the door panel
i have to buy new pins for the door panel ( the blue pins)
but how to replace exactly the door panel caise its hard i replace it but the door panel is not in good place cause when i try to put the aluminium trim near the lock door if i close the door is not good the door panel ( aluminium trim ) touch against the body of the car.
there is perhaps a technic to replace the door panel
First i have to lif it or fix with the blue pins ( 9 pins)
