I recently purchased a 2003 SL55 AMG, but the phone is missing on the cradle. I am wondering what type of phone goes on the cradle or if there is a way to convert it so that I may be able to use my Blackberry. Thanks for the help.

Abe... the phone that was originally used was a Motorola V60 but you do not need that any longer. I believe you can buy a "V60 Puck" which is a device that slides into the cradle and allows you to synch and use your BB instead.
Cost (new) is typically $250/300 and can be found at your MB Dealer, Ebay, etc...

you can get the whole puck system back togather and working, this gives you the bluetooth functions again. Then you can get a bluetooth phone that is compatable. look on the mercedes web site or have the service dept find it and you will get a list of all the compatable phones that will mate with the bluetooth.
